Our patent pending adjustable trekking pole (45 inch – 60 inch) allows you to store our fly rod inside. The handle detaches from the trekking pole and attaches to your fly rod. These trekking poles have are adaptable for both our 3 weight and 6 weight Fly Rods. The end cap unscrews and allows you to attach your camera, rifle rest and other items with standard threads. Our Fikkes Hikers are made from the finest carbon fiber and designed by Gary Loomis.
The Cascade is a 4 weight 7'6" Split Cane two piece bamboo fly rod. The reel seat is a single band (cap and ring) with Nickel Silver hardware and a maple burl. The Rod has a clear finish, Nickel Silver snakes and comes with an extra rod tip. The rod is exceptionally crafted and comes packed in a cloth bag. The Cascade has a medium fast action and provides some exception dry fly performance. It offers precision accuracy up to 60' but fishes like dream at closer distances. Additionally it is the perfect rod for fishing medium to light nymphing rigs in faster water. The Cascade was designed to this the larger waters in the Western United States but is just as comfortable on a small spring creek or headwater. It is our most versatile rod.
